Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2025
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Stacklert, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Stacklert is a SaaS renewal tracking tool. We provide a dashboard and email alerts to help teams manage software, domain, and contract renewal dates. We do not guarantee that all renewal deadlines will be caught; you remain responsible for your renewal decisions.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization to these terms.
4. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Stacklert to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
Stacklert is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
