1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and workspace name. When you add renewals, we store the renewal details you provide (vendor name, cost, renewal date, owner email, finance contact email). We do not collect payment card data — all billing is handled by Paddle.

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to operate the Stacklert service: sending renewal alert emails, displaying your dashboard, and processing billing events via Paddle. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored in a Supabase database with row-level security. Only authenticated members of your workspace can access your renewal records. We use Resend to send transactional emails.

4. Data retention

If you cancel your subscription, your workspace enters read-only mode. We retain your data for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted on request.

5. Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@stacklert.com. We will respond within 30 days.
